yes, that’s right – we made homemade peanut butter by blending roasted peanuts into a sticky gooey mess with the help of the vitamix. no other ingredients. and it hasn’t separated. who knew peanut butter could be so good without sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils, and added salt? (eee gad, i really have to learn to take better pictures…)
