in typical fashion, m decided to make guajillo sauce long after the sun had set and most people were starting to get ready for bed. there was red sauce all over the kitchen counter and seeds all over the floor. but what didn’t make it outside the vitamix was strained and dumped in the kitchen sink. i wonder why the vitamix doesn’t pulverize the seeds like it pulverizes everything else… i suppose i should’ve taken a picture of the 5 glasses frames i fell in love with today at costco but that will just have to be for a different post.
