eggs with sumac

m made fried eggs cook’s illustrated style and sprinkled it with sumac. omg. i didn’t really notice the sumac’s sourness or citrusy, earthy aromatic aspect but it definitely stepped up the flavor complexity of these eggs. and the red is beautiful sprinkled on these eggs. i give it a “10” for presentation/plating! (the reason the photo is a little hazy at the top is all the steam coming off the eggs!)
