m made buttermilk fried chicken breast for dinner and i took macro photos of all the food we ate this evening. this is what frozen buttermilk looks like. we always have leftover buttermilk from various recipes and, if we’re responsible, we freeze the remainder before it spoils. but then when we go to defrost it, we must remember not to curdle it in the microwave because we’re in a rush to use it (note to self).
