after some drama-rama, jaclo stepped up and the faucet arrived today. i called for a plumber and he showed up right away. there was cracking glass tile, drilling larger holes, misaligned pipes, and confusion over how to switch from spray to stream, but at the end of the day, it is the most ergonomic kitchen item i have ever owned. m thinks it is too big. i think it’s perfect for my small arms and short stature. omg. i love it!
