i went out tonight at 8.45pm and found the sky still lit with that warm shade of blue that eventually gives way to dark purple twilight. very soon, immediately after the summer equinox, the days will get shorter and shorter. it’s a cruel trick that mother nature plays on us because for some, school has just been let out and summer has barely begun.
