green beans. vegetable gratin. quinoa. sockeye salmon. creamy peppercorn dressing from penzeys. weirdly delicious despite the hodge podge of crap.

    other recipes in the book that use the soy dressing: thai beef, shiitake baby bok choy, prawns and sugar snap peas, tuna sushi, salmon and avocado (this recipe), pork and green beans

    made more grain bowls last night with the king salmon from seaforth. i used the grain bowls cookbook: i included avocado, green beans, and quinoa (i forgot the frozen peas and cucumber). the soy dressing is *amazing*!

    makes 150 ml (5 fl oz)
    125 g (4 oz) dark soy sauce
    3 TBSP olive oil
    3 red chilies, thinly sliced (i used serranos)
    1 garlic clove, grated (i used 2 garlic cloves, minced)
    2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
    1 tsp sesame oil (i used hot sesame oil)
