m tried her hand at pork wontons:
- 1.2 lbs ground pork (note to j: not jimmy dean pork sausage)
- 4 roasted 3.5″ korean chilies
- 2″ knob ginger
- 1/4 bulb garlic
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 packet gelatin dissolved in water
- 4 white pepper cherries
